Education and Health Partnership (EHP) helps children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) reach their potential and lead happy and fulfilled lives through the provision of a high quality multidisciplinary health and education service.


EHP provides schools with immediate access to a flexible, accessible, cost effective and high quality specialist health and education services that are flexible, reliable and solution focused.


EHP also support each individual student, staff member and educational setting in creating all inclusive environment that maximises attainment of children with SEND.
